This web site is provided by NSDTRC (USA) as a service to our members and customers. The site includes without limitation (a) services offered through NSDTRC (USA); and (b) information such as product, program, pricing, marketing, and other valuable information and content such as data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials. By placing an order through the site or using the site in any other manner, you agree to follow and be bound by the following terms and conditions concerning your use of the site (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

This Customer Agreement is an agreement between you and NSDTRC (USA) that states the terms and conditions under which you may receive online services and use the NSDTRC (USA) web site or any of its sub-sites. Your use of the online service and the site constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions set forth below. We may amend the agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on the site. NSDTRC (USA) On-line Store: The NSDTRC (USA) On-line Store is designed to give you options concerning the privacy of your identifying information. If you choose, you can set up an account. This will allow you to have a customized order page for express ordering and to view your purchasing history. To protect your privacy, we have designed the Sites to include certain steps to verify your identity before granting you access or enabling you to make corrections in an account. You will always have access to this account information and can view it, update it or correct it at any time. To access your information, you will need to use a password.

When purchasing products through our web site, the order form asks you to provide a telephone number. However, the telephone number is only used to quickly resolve questions relative to an order, such as to clarify customer email addresses that are inactive, or entered incorrectly.
